Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, we require an advance payment before commencement of work. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other agreed methods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Samastipur, Bihar, India.
